Tuli Catering was founded by award winning chef, Adam Pechal. Chef Pechal has extensive knowledge in the culinary arts, having worked with some renowned chefs, including Thomas Keller , Mark Miller and James Beard winner, Kristine Keff. Besides Pechal’s experience in New York, Napa and Seattle, which gives his cuisine a distinct urban flare, he is considered one of the top chefs in the Sacramento Restaurant scene because of his preference for locally grown seasonal ingredients. Yet sophistication is only one tool in his culinary arsenal.

Whether the menu includes the subtle flavors of Asian fusion, the fiery tastes of Latin cuisine, the southern comforts of slow-cooked ribs, or wood fired pizza cooked on site, Chef Pechal will design a menu to fit your personal taste.
