Whether you’re looking for an elaborate display with carving stations and oyster bars for senators or a huge BBQ spread with all the fixin’s for the entire family, the Buffet is perfect for feeding the masses.

Sit-Down, Plated If you are looking for an elegant dining experience, this is the option for you. From stylish napkin folds and well polished silver to elaborate centerpieces and water glasses that are somehow always full, the utmost attention is delivered to every detail. Whether you prefer a simple 4 course dinner or a 9 course chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings, the world is your oyster, on the half shell of course. “Mignonette anyone?”

Sit-Down, Family Style There is nothing more comforting than sitting down and eating with family. A great option for almost any sized group, family-style service provides guests with a wonderful meal all within arms reach. Guests can sit back and enjoy each other’s company while our staff delivers platters of delicious food to each individual table. “Can someone pass the green beans please?”

Appetizer Parties A very popular option for catering these days is the appetizer party. From weddings to corporate events or just a simple cocktail party, this style of service fits any occasion. Whether the appetizers are passed, served buffet style or presented at multiple stations this is an option that adds fun and whimsy to an event. Although still referred to as appetizers we will design a menu that will leave your guests with full bellies and a feeling of excitement about all the wonderfully different things they ate.

Pick-up/Drop-off If you really want to run your party yourself but have us cook the food, then one of these two options are for you. We will design a delicious menu that can be easily executed by any level of home-chef. We can make arrangements to platter the food on your own special China, use our own selection of lovely platters or even disposables. Have us bring the food to you and one of our staff can help you set up and get the ball rolling.
